Domain Suspension
Temporary deactivation of a domain — causes website and email to go offline until the issue is resolved.
Domain suspension is the temporary deactivation of a domain name, causing its website and email to go offline. Suspensions are triggered by: non-payment of renewal fees, violation of registrar terms of service, legal orders, UDRP decisions, or abuse reports (spam, phishing, malware). Suspended domains still appear as registered in WHOIS but do not resolve. Restoration requires resolving the underlying issue with the registrar.
