Wholesale Value

The quick-sale price to another investor, typically well below what an end user would pay.

Wholesale value is the price a domain would likely sell for quickly to another investor or domain buyer — typically far below retail/end-user value. Investors use wholesale value to assess the floor price of a domain. A domain with a wholesale value of $500 and an end-user value of $5,000 has a 10x spread. Domain marketplaces like Efty Investor and forums like Namepros are common wholesale channels.
